Before each check-in, our apartments are carefully and thoroughly cleaned. While using gloves and masks, we sanitize handles, switches, taps, bathroom fixtures, and even the soap dispenser. Disinfectant products and hand sanitizer will be at your disposal during your stay.

We are located around 5 kilometers away from Gubbio. The road is paved and flat, with no traffic lights; the last 800 meters are uphill and the tarmac there is a bit rough (blame the Municipality!); there is a turn that may seem hard to take: The first time, I took it in second gear while driving a small economy car.

As we don’t have a restaurant, we can’t serve any meal. Our apartments are fully equipped for you to cook your own breakfast and enjoy your short/medium-term holiday with freedom and privacy.

Yes: Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find everything you may need.

The nearest town is Gubbio, where many restaurants are located. If you don’t fancy using the car, I can help you get in touch with a high-quality deli that makes delivery. Their food is better than that of many restaurants in town!

Cleaning and preparing a whole apartment take much more organization, time, and money than a hotel room. For this reason, we are sorry to say we can’t allow one-night stays, as we’d work at a loss.

The swimming pool is to be shared with other guests, but it’s not open to non-guests. The wide space of our solarium allows a proper distancing, while chlorine disinfects water: The swimming pool area is probably the safest part of our facility.

Bed linen, towels and swimming-pool towels are included in the price (a change will be provided once a week). Also, all apartments are equipped with some non-food essentials, such as toilet paper, rubbish bags, and so on. As for the rest, you’ll manage the apartment and buy what you need autonomously.

We are located on the top of a hill, 600 meters above sea level: You’ll hardly need air conditioning! If you’re here during the hottest season, opening the windows at night or using fans is generally enough.

We chose not to have it in our apartments. To make up for it, the Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility (apartments and external areas as well), plus we provide board games, a guitar and a lot of books. You can also ask for a tablet with a Netflix subscription (this is ideally for children).

A heating system is available in each of our apartment (some of them also have a fireplace). The Italian law allows us to switch on the heating system from October 15 to April 15, and when the temperature is below 20° C. We know that our city guests often feel cold when they stay in the countryside… we want you to feel comfortable and warm!

The garden, swimming pool area, barbecue area, and solarium are to be shared with other guests. Don’t worry: There’s enough space for everybody! Also, the apartments are well distanced with each other; each of them has got an independent entrance and a small garden (or external area) with an exclusive outdoor dining/living area.

Of course! We love to have children around. La Panoramica is particularly suited for babies, as parents can relax and enjoy some family time while not bothering the neighbors.

The apartments are fully cleaned and sanitized before check-in and after check-out. During your stay, you’ll manage your apartment autonomously; if you need it, you can ask for a paid cleaning service.
