Posto incantevole. Alloggio stupendo. Alloggio inserito in un contesto naturale tranquillo e affascinante, curato nei minimi particolari e super accessoriato. Massima pulizia. Accoglienza calorosa ma allo stesso tempo discreta. La strada comunale di accesso non è molto agevole ma la “fatica” è ben compensata dall’amenità del posto.

Cercavamo un luogo per staccare dal caos di Roma e per noi l’alloggio di Susanna è stato un vero paradiso di relax. Non proprio in centro, ma a 10 minuti di macchina da Gubbio, su una meravigliosa collina “Panoramica” appunto. Casa attrezzatissima, dove si nota chiaramente il tocco femminile e di gusto di Susanna. Pet friendly al massimo, noi viaggiavamo con un cane…e ottimi consigli sui ristoranti… Un luogo di pace e tranquillità, senza rumori di macchine, immerso nel verde…ma a un passo dal centro e da tantissime attrazioni…torneremo di sicuro!

Staying a week in Susanna’s little cottage couldn’t have been more perfect. We had high expectations based on the photos but they were exceeded in every way. No expense was spared in the design and comfort of the cottage and the outdoor space. Susanna has put so much thought into making her accommodations a home away from home. We loved our meals out on the terrace overlooking the gorgeous view. The pool was beautiful. I often judge a place by the quality of the outdoor furniture and in this case It is luxury all the way. Thank you Susanna for making our stay a very memorable experience and for being such a gracious host.

As an American, I had heard so much about Tuscany, but as I looked at the photos of La Panoramica in S Martin In Colle in Umbria (close to Tuscany) I thought it would be lovely. Little did I know that it would be even far more than I imagined. The location in Umbria is dreamy with beautiful views from every direction and the sound of birds on the hillsides. The town of Gubbio just a couple of minutes away is a walled medieval city that is beautiful. I have been told that it is so special an Italian tv show is filmed there. As for Panoramica itself – it was perfect! Stylish, private, a lovely pool, all the accoutrements any vacationer would need or want. Actually my husband and I chose to pick up food at a local market and cook at home several nights because the kitchen is so well stocked and eating on the patio while sipping wine is the best there is! The accommodations are so well furnished with a wonderfully comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. It is truly the most lovely Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Susanna, our host, even left a basket of goodies in the kitchen, brought over an American coffee maker for us, and left slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. She was completely helpful, warm and friendly, and also gave us our privacy. The accommodations are so well furnished with a wonderfully comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. It is truly the most lovely Airbnb we’ve ever booked. Susanna, our host, even left a basket of goodies in the kitchen, brought over an American coffee maker for us, and left slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. She was completely helpful, warm and friendly, and also gave us our privacy. For anyone who thinks of agriturismo as staying on a farm, in this case, though she does farm, that is not the vibe at all. It was an elegant, comfortable and dreamy 17th century stone farmhouse that has been completely renovated. We loved it and did not want to leave. Umbria itself is now very dear to us, with its beautiful mountains and acres of droopy headed sunflowers. Truly special and a new home away from home. We will go back.

In visita a Gubbio (bella), ho soggiornato in questo incantato posto racchiuso nel verde con diverse “casette” sparse nella tenuta, disponibili per più ospiti in cui ognuno ha la sua privacy. Silenzio, vista mozzafiato verso Gubbio, piscina, buon gusto nell’arredo e molti altri comfort (che non ho trovato nelle altre strutture in cui ho alloggiato in questa regione) rendono questo posto un’eccellenza del territorio. Super consigliato se viaggiate in zona.

Peaceful, surrounded by nature. Gubbio was a lovely place to visit and the surrounding offers quiet a lot of destinations. Car is needed. I really enjoyed the morning sounds of the nature; the terrace and my kids were enthusiastic about the pool. Would be nice to come back.

Nel cuore di quella che è per me la regione più bella d’Italia e a poco più di 5 minuti in auto dalla splendida città medioevale di Gubbio, è una vera gioia sostare alla Panoramica, immersa nel verde e piena di fiori colorati, in cima a una collina dalla vista mozzafiato. Anche le foto, per quanto belle, non le rendono giustizia. Gli unici suoni sono quelli di una natura incontaminata. L’ospitalità della Panoramica è a cinque stelle, il non plus ultra: ti senti coccolata, tutto ciò che ti può servire è a disposizione. Non ci sono zanzare e il clima è ideale, mai troppo caldo. La piscina poi è la ciliegina su una torta perfetta. Se siete così fortunati da trovare disponibilità non lasciatevela sfuggire: non troverete un posto più bello in tutta la zona!

We are in the middle of our stay and can’t say enough about Susanna and her co-hosts-Yoda and Happy. We are staying in La Giglio, a beautifully decorated one bedroom cottage with amazing views to Gubbio. I loved the chance to cook with ingredients from the local are. The pool is a welcome reward after a day of sightseeing. We have enjoyed exploring Gubbio and taking the Funivia to the cathedral above the city, as well as day trips to Assisi and Sirolo.

Susannah was probably the best Airbnb host we’ve ever had. Totally passionate about providing the best experience for her guests. Faultless and would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in visiting Umbria, which is a really beautiful part of Italy

La Panoramica is set on a quiet hillside overlooking the beautiful medieval town of Gubbio. Gubbio is ten minutes or so away and contains many attractions and excellent restaurants. You are in easy reach of many other tourist sites such as Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia, etc. and Siena, Rome and Florence are reachable for the more intrepid. The Adriatic coast is about a 90-minute drive away. The property is exactly as in the photos. A lovely, quaint building set in gorgeous gardens with many plants, trees and flowers, and an excellent pool – about 10m x 5m. We stayed in La Cassetta (Il Giglio) – a part of the property that we had stayed in previously. It has been redecorated and brought up to modern standards in excellent taste, while entirely preserving the property’s character and charm. The kitchen was equipped well, there were toiletries, bathrobes, even sweets by the bedside. A delightful and well-lit patio allowed us to eat outdoors, although there is also indoor provision for bad weather. The owner lives on site and could not be more welcoming, hospitable or helpful, while entirely respecting our privacy. Whenever we return to an old haunt after many years, we worry that new ownership will have changed things and it won’t be as good as we remember. There was no need to worry this time. Perfection had been improved upon. Would we recommend this to friends or relatives? Well, we’ve already booked for next year, so what do you think?

No picture can make up for the breathtaking view you will be waking up to! Susanna is a wonderful hostess who ensures full privacy and the optimal holiday feeling. At the same time she is always reachable and willing to do anything to make your stay more comfortable. The apartment has everything and more that you will need for a unforgettable vacation: – private swimming pool – quiet environment with beautiful view – well equipped kitchen – fast wifi (works also at the pool) – comfortable bed – beautiful decor – water, coffee, chocolate etc provided – fire place to enjoy if desired – Gubbio city easily reachable by car. If you are looking for a 5 star holiday experience for a very reasonable price – this is your pick!! For us it was a “once in a lifetime” experience that we’ll never forget – until our next visit! Thank you Susanna for providing us with the vacation of our dreams!

Wat een geweldige plek! Prachtig uitzicht op Gubbio, ‘s avond gingen langzaamaan de lichtjes in het dal aan en dan de rust van de omgeving! De tuin was prachtig en het zwembad had Susanna speciaal voor ons alvast gevuld (voor Italianen is april/mei natuurlijk nog lang geen zwemseizoen). Het appartement was heel mooi, smaakvol ingericht en in de keuken was alles aanwezig. Omdat er natuurlijk geen winkel naast de deur zit stonden er al allerlei lekkernijen (inclusief flesje wijn!) voor ons klaar en de oven hebben we ‘s morgens vaak gebruikt om onze broodjes af te bakken. Nog even over de bedden: ronduit heerlijke bedden, zelfs het sofabed had een goed matras! De badjassen die klaarlagen is een voorbeeld van een van de vele verzorgde details! ‘s Morgens werden we wakker met het geluid van fluitende vogels en op het terrein hebben we zelfs een ree gezien. Susanna is een geweldige gastvrouw, heel relaxed en lief, niets is haar teveel! Gubbio is een leuk stadje waar veel te zien is en je heerlijk kunt eten. In de omgeving kan je mooi wandelen, dis neem vooral je wandelschoenen mee! Kortom wij komen zeker terug!
